A non-profit organization dedicated to creating uplifting portraits of children fighting cancer and other life threatening illnesses. The portraits, taken by award-winning photographers, help children feel better about their changing appearance by celebrating it. For families of terminally ill children, it's especially important to have a portrait that preserves forever the beauty, grace and dignity of their child.
The Ladies' Half will be bringing Flashes of Hope to Camp Can-Do in Mt. Gretna this summer. This program provides families dealing with childhood cancer and other life-threatening illnesses with a portfolio of beautiful photographs of their child at camp with family members, friends, or special hospital staff members. Thanks to volunteer commercial photographers, make-up artists, and administrators, there is no cost to the family.

We had our Camp photo shoots on August 3 and August 10, 2008 at Camp Can-Do (Gretna Glen Camp & Retreat) in beautiful Mt. Gretna. What an experience! Amazing children and amazing photographers!
Many thanks to the photographers for their donated time and talent!
